This house is in a great location and suited our needs. Very close to many restaurants and shopping. The beach is very short drive but beware that the cost is $35 per day to park. I know the area and it's easy to just park at Mizner Park(open 24/7) for free then walk 1 mile in beautiful sunshine across the Intracoastal waterway on E Palmetto Park Road. You will come to South Beach. We had couple of small issues but the host rectified quickly. Each time I contacted, Ang was very quick to respond. It was all good!
