Myself and my little crew, kids and dogs made our way to Fla. before school starts back. And we had the most wonderful time at Ryan’s place. The inside was just as described, the pool was perfect without being heated, the girls enjoyed the game room, the beds and couch were so comfy, and I absolutely loved the bay window and all of the natural lighting. Ryan and his co-host stayed on top of communication from the beginning to end, gave great recommendations, and made sure we had no issues. Also, I will have to agree and suggest their recommendation for dinner at the Sailors Return; the crab cakes were perfection next to the sunset on the water. If you have two hours to drive to Titusville, I also would suggest a bioluminescent kayak trip. It made everything worth it. We would love to stay at Ryan’s place again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in the house a lot as it is close to the convention center where we attended a seminar, close to the park, close to shopping and very good restaurants and cafes. The inside was top with a super conventient bed, kitchen with everything you need and even a garden. Definitely would come back!

We had such a great experience at Ryan’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and just minutes from the beach. Ryan was an amazing host, always quick to respond and very thoughtful. We especially enjoyed the peaceful backyard in the evenings. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The house was a great place to stay. It had a pool that was convenient while my husband was doing some work in the morning. Our youngest love playing in the pool all day. Overall, it was a nice and quiet place to be.

This was our home base for a week leading up to sending our youngest to college in Florida. Shopping for those dorm essentials, that we couldn’t fit in our car for the journey from Buffalo, was a breeze. We were a family of 6 and there was plenty of room to spread out. We had beach days and day trips to Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. The best was the family time by the amazing jungle pool. You feel like there is no one else for miles! I would highly recommend and hope to come back. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness❤️

This home was perfect for our family of 4 while we visited family in the neighborhood. The pool was a fantastic addition for us, especially for our two young children. The photos and amenities are exactly as described. The check in/out process with seamless. When we needed to communicate with host they got back to us within a half hour. We are likely to return here and recommend to others wanting to visit Boca Raton. Thank you for hosting us!

Absolutely loved this house, stayed here while visiting family for a week and we felt right at home. Beautiful clean pool we couldn’t keep the kids out of it. Hot Tub was amazing. House was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. Host was very responsive with any questions we had. Also had great recommendations for places to eat in the area and things to do with the kids. Would recommend this stay and can’t wait to be back in the future.

I have stayed at many rentals through various hosts, this is hands down, the best experience that I have ever had. Not only was Ang responsive, the price was affordable, the house was stocked, super clean, and we had everything we needed. I am from South Florida originally, and all of my family is now in PSL. so I would, and will, absolutely stay here again! 10 out of 10 experience.

We loved our stay here!! Stayed from August 1st - August 5th and everything was so nice! So clean and looked great, this really was a good beach get away in Boca Raton! The hosts always message back fast about anything and everything and were very nice! They have everything you will need for the beach, washer and dryer were very nice for our clothes, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash already provided, the pool was awesome we swam everyday!! The whole place was beautiful, we would definitely stay here again!! Also we loved all of the geckos around this beach town so cute!
